TERMS OF SALE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

1.1 SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders as required by applicable state law.

1.2 PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

1.3 CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

We use Address Verification Service (AVS) to verify billing information. If the information does not match, we may contact you for confirmation. If we cannot verify your information, we may cancel your order.

1.4 ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by errors, and issue full refunds for cancelled orders.

1.6 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We may require proof of credit card ownership for international orders. Customs duties, taxes, and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

1.9 SHIPPING POLICY

We inspect all merchandise before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@godoffire.com. All packaging materials must be retained for carrier inspection. Shipping claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

1.10 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time is 1–5 business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day when possible. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

1.11 CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

Once placed, orders cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Email info@godoffire.com immediately.

1.12 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have concerns about your product, contact us at info@godoffire.com or via our Customer Service Inquiry page (www.godoffire.com/contact).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, God of Fire, Inc. is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability and your exclusive remedy are limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
